Disability Justice in Practice
Led by Lived Experience
We are a Disabled and Neurodivergent-led organization. Every service we provide is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience.
We don’t just teach about access—we live it.
Our work centers Disability, Accessibility, and Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice, offering education, consultation, advocacy, and systems change that prioritizes dignity, autonomy, and inclusion. Every presentation or service includes real-life experiences, evidence-informed resources, and practices rooted in cultural humility and harm reduction.
We pay Disabled and Neurodivergent collaborators—writers, designers, speakers, educators, and contributors—because inclusion is more than a checkbox. It’s action.

Access is
Non-Negotiable!
We believe access should never depend on income. Our services are priced to reflect the value of our labor, lived expertise, and professional knowledge—while also honoring economic justice and community care.
Access without Application: Rather than requiring people to explain why they need reduced-cost services, we have reduced-cost and no-cost options, without any paperwork or justification. This model trusts people to know what they need and reduces shame or gatekeeping.
"Special" Education Advocacy and Support
A variety of supports for caregivers and parents wanting affirming access for their children.
